How much does the program cost?

The Full Pack costs NZ $329.05 or $207.40 for the Starter pack and contains everything you need to get you started on the program. Please enquire about pricing if you are located in a country other than New Zealand. There are no monthly fees or additional costs. Once you get the nutritional products you'll gain access to the full program without paying anything extra, plus you get your own personal mentor to help you along every step of the way. As an added bonus you will receive $10 off your first purchase.



Can I exercise while on the program?

Due to the low calorie stages of the program light exercise is acceptable. If you are a very active person then please consult your GP first.



Can I do the program without the supplements?

The nutritional supplements assist in providing additional nutrition that may be inadequate during a low-calorie diet. It is not recommended to do a low-calorie plan without taking supplements.



Can I do this program if I suffer from a medical condition?

This Program is not designed for people who are under 18 years of age, pregnant, breast feeding, have diabetes, have existing medical conditions or taking medications, without first seeking advice from their medical practitioner. Will this program work for me?

Is the program suitable for vegetarians?

The program is designed with vegetarians in mind too. There is a full meal plan available to download at the start of the program.

Can I do the program while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Yes, But you must provide the product fact sheets to your GP for approval before commencing. Some products may be unsuitable for you.
